Purchasing troubles, now my account is blocked.
After trying to purchase many times and failed - getting 208 & 204 Error - I started receiving a 201 Error that says my account has been temporarily blocked.
The issue here is I'm not getting any response from avid support and cannot view any other communication path to solve my problem. Any suggestions?

Welcome to the community, and sorry to hear you are having trouble.
Checked your Avid account and that is not locked out, so this must just be store related. I see you started a case yesterday and provided more info today so please watch for a response to your case.
