forcing plugins from LE sessions as RTAS in 5.1 TDM sessions

Is there a way to force Pro Tools to load all LE plugins as RTAS versus their TDM equivalents? I have to migrate all our 001/LE recordings over to my pro tools 24 system and by default it is loading all the plugins as TDM plugins and since I don't have enough dsp power I'm losing settings, etc. Maybe I'm just missing an easy way to toggle a plugin from tdm to rtas. It would be a pain to save all the settings and reload them as RTAS's. All help would be much appreciated,

In 5.1 ProTools should automatically make plugin inactive if the DSP is unavailable. It seems like you could activate certain plugins in order to use the "convert" function in ProTools, without having to save your setting and manually reload every plug in. Also, Waves plugins won't "convert" with the drop down menu, but if you switch to the RTAS version, the settings from the TDM version remain.[/LIST]

The convert function? Where is that located? I apoligize if this is a stupid question--Thank you-
