You know what I mean and I am swedish after all so maybe I twist words sometimes but a lapsed support plan results in a perpetual license without updates or support so in my mind I think everyone understood what I wrote ..

I saw him live when I was a kid and it was quite an experience... jumbo shrimp!

I edited the first post since this is related to expired update plans. A perpetual license does not expire, and continues to authorize versions released during its update plan's term, so it is indeed never ending or changing.
