when you go to the ilok.com site with your inserted does your ilok sync properly??? you should show Pace, iLok, and License Support software installations in control panel/programs. i'm not in the studio to give you exact verbage and revisions but you should see 'em listed...

then that's your problem...you gotta have the License Support Software installed for PT9 to run. i understand that you followed the steps i suggested. but unfortunately i have no idea what you did, installation wise, before you tried my steps. again, that is likely what messed up your process. and one can really work themselves into a maze if certain steps are NOT followed on the INITIAL install. so my only suggestion right now is, some kinda way get the License Support Software installed. don't know how to tell you how since it 'should' install with PT or the drivers (can't remember which one tho...but it is part of the overall installation process) so...hopefully this helps ya

How come I dont even see any Pace driver in my programs list? Ive down loaded the two drivers at ilock site and mbox2 pro? I do see ilcok n mbox2 pro drivers.

Please advise?

License Support installs with the PACEDriver (iLok) the latest License Support bundled with PACEDriver seen a new revision. License Support 1.00.0000 previously License Support 1.00.000. To the original poster what is the release date of the iLok Driver listed on iLok.com?

Can you post a Sandra Report please? Did you have any problems downloading any of those drivers whether iLok Client Helper or PACEDriver?

No problems at all downloading them. the Ilok Client (+ pace driver it comes with) installed fine, but when installing the PACEDriver itself; it just keeps crashing.
