Control 24 won't stay online

Hi All,
My brand spanking new Control 24 keeps getting knocked off line when I hit play or record.
I'll get the -6088 error message about increasing h/w buffer size about 4 or 5 times before it goes offline. Pretty frustrating. I've changed ethernet cables. New creation station rack computer. 003 interface. Anybody have any suggestions ?

I am having the same issue with my HD and Control 24. When it was new, it would go offline occasionally, now it appears the ethernet is hosed.

Here is what I have tried so far, hopefully this works for you, and if anyone sees this thread and sees that I have missed something, PLEASE point it out, I don't want to have to lug this to a repair shop.

Anyway:
-Notice that it no longer says "welcome to control 24" on the display...Hmmm
-Everything else seems to work
-Made sure my Ethernet port on my Mac still works (these are known to blow up) it does
-Switched cables
-Reset the Ethernet on the Control 24, you do this by: 1. Press Utility 2. Press Test 3. Hold down Shift and Option and Press Ethernet 4. Press Reset 5. Press Okay 6. Exit out of the menu
-Reset the Control 24 to factory default
-Ran the Ethernet Test and it failed a lot--not sure what that means
-Installed LE with a 002 on my MacBook Pro and repeated the above, still didn't work.
-Think my Control 24 Ethernet is toasted.
-I'm sad...
