Default steps to quantize three kick tracks to a click track

Hi,

I've never done this before: I have three audio tracks with different kicks played by three different players (orchestral stuff). They had a click track. Now I want to quantize this to the click trick for 30-70% percent. I don't want to have it mechanical, but still there are some very bad timings.
How can I do that?

- the click track is a audio file, having quarters perfectly on grid
- below I have these three tracks

Thanks
