worst customer service ever...

Is there anyone else out there who has had a horrible experience with the customer/tech service department? This company is slowly but surely, losing my support. Great gear, horrible support.

i just called them yesterday. i am having a small glitch with my 002r. PT does not want to see it when PT first launches, cycling the power fixes this btw.

my experience w/ CS, 15 minutes on the phone and a new 002r shipped out yesterday. at my house now.

my experience has been nothing but aces!

For the roughly 5 times I've ever had to call Digi customer support.. since I've been using their products since 1991... I've always had excellent support.... MOTU on the other hand is a completely different story.

I'm slightly curious to know what your problem was?

The 2 times I called ,most helpful, fixed me in minutes.

Yep, must echo praised for CS. I called a while back and knew I was out of warrenty and out of the free call time period but they took me anyway, no charge....and fixed my problem.

Sorry yours was not enjoyable.

I had a problem with my 002 board. Digi sent me a new one the next day. That's pretty good customer service if you ask me!
