Protools 12 Student Activation Code?

Hi there,
I have looked through the forums, but cannot see the answers I'm looking for.
I have purchased an Educational copy of Protools 12,
I have been education verified and have downloaded the software. I have also Downloaded Ilok license manager and have linked my Ilok account.

Ilok license manager is asking for my numeric Activation code, (as pictured) but I do not know where to find this number, I have tried entering the verification code on the back of the activation card, and also the activation code provided by identit-e, but neither of these are the right format.
Any help on the matter would be much appreciated as I am stumped, I feel like it should be obvious but I just can't figure out where to find what i'm being asked for.
Any help would be massively appreciated.
