Are you talking about b&h photo/video? www.bhphotovideo.com? If so, I have ordered from them several times. Bought my whole digital camera setup from them. Other people I work with order from there as well. Haven't heard of any problems.

i bought a camera there once - but in the store, not by mail. they have quite a setup. i've never seen anything like it. everyone there is hasidic jew and the store is broken up into sections. you stand on line to speak to a salesman for the section you're buying from. after you decide what to buy, they call downstairs to the basement and have the inventory sent up in a box on a conveyor belt. these belts run all over the store. they come up from the basement and then travel overhead. its really cool. then you go with your sales slip to the checkout and it looks like turnstiles or something. then you take the reciept to the pickup desk and your purchase is waiting for you. its definitely different...

by the way, i got a good price on the camera i bought there.
