ilok license pending?

My Pro Tools 12 monthly subscription just renewed and on the avid website it says my product is active. When I open up the ilok manager it says "Renewal is pending for the following licenses". Isn't avid supposed to provide my ilok account with the new activation so I can use pro tools?

Only received one email back from CS so far and it wasn't helpful in the slightest. I've seen some people have received a temporary license while trying to get this sorted out, how do I get that? I really need to be able to get back to work on my project ASAP.

I'm afraid I've also fallen foul of whatever it is that is causing this issue with Pro Tools Plan iLok assets not being updated properly. I renewed mine a few days early (27th Jan) before my current one ran out (1st Feb) but as of now I've been 9 days with the (albeit not end-of-the-world) extra stuff the Plan brings.

I opened a case (02894890) where a nice man called Chris insisted a new asset had been deposited and that it was on my iLok. I emailed him back screenshots to show otherwise. Yes, I've tried to resync my iLok many times, but my "Available" column in iLok Licence Manager still shows no sign of an Pro Tools Plan of any sort.

As of now the little circular arrow icon on my Pro Tools Plan line is still grey and the iLok Licence Manager insists I talk to the vendor about it. Well, I'm trying to....

Hi guys,

I seem to be having the same issue. My licence has renewed inside of my Avid account, the payment has been taken, but my iLok shows my licence as expired.

The weirdest thing is that it was working after a renewal and then for no reason it shows as expired.

Any tips?

Please check your iLok account now, and if you need additional assistance please start a case via my.avid.com > Access The Support Center > Equipment > Create A Case with specific details. Thanks!

Ive been having the same problem. It resolved it self last month, but this month, I'm having the exact same problem. Sent in a case, but Haven't heard back. Thanks!

i too am having this same issue. My subscription is all active in my account as per usual but my ilok activation is out of date. No matter how many times i refresh it nothing changes. Whats the deal?
