Default Big Sur MacOS and Digi 003?

I know that Mac's Catalina platform signaled the end of anything being easy with my old DIGI 003 (specifically that DIGI was no longer supported by Apple).

But what about with the new Big Sur?

If I install this update am I going to end up without a control surface again without rolling the system back?
