Digitech PLEASE help.. synchronic doesn't work!

Hi,

I'd really love some help.

I recently upgraded to PT 7 plus and got the synchronic plug in (as well as the pultech EQ). What ever i do i can't get it to work properly. The whole installation/authorization part worked fine! i'm able to open it in a session but as soon as i hit play with synchronic open PT grinds to a halt. I get error message (-9094) saying that i need to increase my HW buffer size...etc. This happens when i have only one track with no audio in the session at all just the synchronic plug in open. There is also no audio loaded into the plug in. It happens when i set PT to use only 1 proccesor as well (i havve a dual processor machine) and at all the HW buffer sizes available. It also happens regardless of the CPU usage limit setting.

My system is :

dual 2.7G G5, 1.5g RAM, Mac OSX 10.4.3, PT 7, command 8.

PLease help me get this plug in working..

did you repair permissions after installation?

yeah, i've tried that. The problem only happens with synchronic.. everything else works great!!
