Default Opcode studio 4

I'm using an opcode studio 4 as my midi interface between pro tools and my O2R v2.I have a G4 (with a seriel port installed). My USD sends MTC to the O2R. When i'm runng pro tools with the O2R's midi set to pro tools (so it acts as a controller) OMS gives me a seriel over run error saying that there is too much midi info and some info may have been lost. The system does not run reliably at all?. How do i fix this??? Any suggestions???.....or comments
