Powerbook 12" and 17" unable to create DAE deck

Powerbook 12" and 17" .... Pro-Tools 6 has never worked on the Mbox...!!!!! never always unable to create DAE deck .....Poor poor Digi ,,,,can not keep up with Apple ...NEVER NEVER NEVER have any problems with EMagic ..... I will have a better life if EMagic takes over and they will ..... sosososososo much wasted time .. I know this does not cause others problems because most folks here stay in the past in order to get work done with their old hardware etc. But it would be fun if Pro-Tools could cut the dramas ... now am I the only one who feels like this ... I always read these posts of people who have not even gone to OSX ... wow ..... !!!!!!! Music folks use to be cutting edge now they are barley cutting it . Oh well the EMagic train is pulling out don't get left behind. I know this makes people uneasy to read but some of us want to move ahead and not stay in the past, now my 02 is on the shelf none of my computers even boot in OS 9 and I hope I never have to see that musty old system again .. and I am afraid to updae my HD system after reading the TDM posts.. well thanks for letting me share ..seller and get a new one like it's 2003 !!! I'll asume that you posted cause you need help and that the only thing you did after double clicking the installer icon for PT 6 was launch a session. If you have done tweaks to the OS, please post them. Here are two things you should try and that worked for my iBook when I had exactly the same problem:
1) Put your display in thousands of colors instead of millions and,
2) Go to the System Preferences panel, click on General and set Light antialiasing and Turn off Font Smoothing for sizes less than 12.
If it doesn't work, post more info about your laptops and if you have done tweaks or hacks to them, otherwise people will think that you are only ranting cause casue you are a zealot and you hate Digidesign.
