Mbox 3 Inputs not recognised in Pro Tools

When trying to record in Pro Tools the inputs for the Mbox are greyed out in the Pro Tools mixer.

Pro Tools recognises the Mbox, as in Pro Tools setup hardware it's there, but the only mic input options are analogue 1 and 2, and in the Mbox mixer there are no input options at all (greyed out). If you try to add a path there's no option to connect to the Mbox either.

This setup works on this computer on a different user account.
I've tried restarting and unplugging the Mbox but to no avail, and the software and drivers have been updated.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
