Default Control Wheel response settings.

If you are experiencing a problem with the control wheel response in Cubase or Nuendo, such as non-responsiveness, slow response or intermittent response, make sure that your control wheel response setting in EuCon Settings is at, or near, 50%. Higher values can cause aliasing resulting in negative values being sent.

The extreme values are generally for other apps such as those using HUI (set to higher values) and Logic (set to lower values). In general the default setting is great for most DAWs.
