'The Video Engine reported and error' message when trying to play any video

A rare thing that causes this is this:
Sometimes when you export right after half-speed playback (shift+spacebar) the export will also be half-speed. Doing this when exporting to video will cause this error.

A way to check if this is the issue is to do an audio only bounce. If it comes out at half speed you'll know that's it.

Solution is just to press play at normal speed and then re-export. Nothing too serious but can be annoying when you're not aware
