Lost my iLok usb stick

I´ve lost my iLok usb stick and have reported it lost on iLok.com , i´ve gotten all the numbers and stuff from iLok.com in a email , but i don't know how to talk to Avid in email, or like try to get a new iLok usb key stick. Help me!

You're going to have to buy another iLok first, and those usually don't come from Avid. Don't know about email but you could try calling a European Avid rep to help you.

This will likely be handled by iLok with no help from Avid(not that Avid won't help, but I am not sure they could if they wanted). All your authorizations should be intact, and in your account on the iLok servers. Now its a matter of getting a new iLok, getting it to them and paying some fee to have all the authorizations placed on the new iLok. Since ilok.com actually sells the new iLok2, it might help to buy your replacement directly from them.

Hi you can buy a new iloc, send serial number to iloc by email and they will transfer your current licenses to your new iloc serial number and in your iloc account so next time you log in with your iloc inserted in your computer all your licenses get recognised with your new iloc key by the new serial number. There is a nominal fee but its not iloc's fault that you lost your key : no disrespect ! It will work out !

Hi you cant just buy a new ilok and have them transfer it for you. You have to contact each vendor to get the licences redeposited to your ilok account. Avid may deposit the licences for free(one time only) but if you have waves etc. forget about it. They never re-deposit licences.

Depends on the vender and iloc will tranfer licenses between ilocs i have done it !

I'm sorry all. I'm trying to make this clear. Me personally, all i need is my pro tools 10 auth. I got the email from iLok already. Do I contact Avid or ilok again?

I AM IN THE SAMWE BOAT! I have my kicenses showing up in my iloc manager when i sign in but cant work on my software 10 and 11 whithout the iloc lost.any helpfull hint peoples?
