I just bought PT vanilla (subscription) with the 20% off promo. So, I'm committed to pay $23.99/month for a year.

I get ALL the plugins and instruments from the Avid/AiR bundle (lots) and the new big thing is that I also get HEAT included.

That means that, for what HEAT costs, I'm getting PT, HEAT and the plugins/instruments bundle for almost 2 years. Way more time if you take into account your current payment of $99/year for support renewal.

So, yes, HEAT works on non Ultimate Pro Tools, but with this kind of subscription deal, I don't see how it would be a good idea to pay for HEAT.
