Default PT7.4: Bounce and Convert

Hi Guys and Gals,
I'm a little bit of a noob when it comes to PT so bare with me. After I've finished with all of my EQ, Mixing, etc. and bounce my song to disk and then convert it to MP3 it sounds super quiet and not nearly as punchy as it does in PT. What's the proper way to Bounce and Convert a final mix from PT? I'd love to start getting the true sound out of my tracks. Thanks.

Lank
