Default Problems with Pro Tools First and Audient Id4

Hi.

I have an id4 audient and when I installed Pro Tools First, the interface stopped working. As soon as I connect the interface to the computer, a constant noise sounds.

I have Windows 10.

Can anybody help me?

Thanks a lot.

Hi friend this is the spanish forum . BUT have you reinstalled the drivers ?

Also keep in mind also that PT doesnt share the Audio card on the windows side unless the driver let you do so . So dont forget to check what Audio IO os using windows on the default playback device .
