EZ Drummer 2 Plug-in Missing

When I create a new stereo/instrument track and go to my inserts, it's not there. Toontrack will not help because they do not support Pro Tools "Express". Any ideas? Thank you!

No, I have a 64-bit Windows 8 O/S. Do I need to also install the 32-bit too?

Pro Tools 10 Express is 32 bit RTAS only, you need a compatible plugin. 64 bit plugins of any type will do you no good with Pro Tools 10 Express.

Uh Why? Pro Tools Express needs a 32-bit RTAS plugin (RTAS is only ever 32 bit). Toontrack includes that in their software, you just have to install it correctly. I'm assuming you are talking about Pro Tools Express 10 -- if so it supports third party RTAS plugins.

That's what I mentioned earlier. The installer came with a 64 and 32-bit install.exe. I just figured I needed to do the 64-bit only. I can try installing the 32-bit as well and see if that works?

Yes, and you have three or so posts in this thread already saying to do that, trying to explain to you why you need to do that... how can we say it more clearly?

All Pro Tools versions prior to Pro Tools 11 are only 32 bit.

Darryl, I'm not an expert with this sort of stuff. My operating system is 64-bit and I assumed that installing a 32-bit software would not work with my PC, or may even cause a problem of some sort. I'll try it. Thank you for your time.
