Default RIP Frau Blucher

I know and understand we usually only talk about musicians here but I had to post this - Cloris Leachmann who, amongst other roles, played Frau Blucher in Young Frankenstein has left this third rock from the sun. Her comic timing was priceless.

Yes, it was. An Iowa girl that made it big. RIP Frau Blucher.

For me, it was the way she flinched, when Wilder rejected her warm milk entreaties.

Small family connection as well; Cloris and her husband George Englund bought my Grandparents house,
and she had some funny anecdotes regarding that in her memoir.

Then when my GP moved a few blocks away, in moved another future MTM alumni next-door, Betty White.
She still lives there to this day…

As I understand it, Betty White was born before they invented sliced bread. So, sliced bread is the best thing since Betty White
