how to update my ilock, from 12.2 to 12.6 ?

i did and if i'm not wrong my suport plan expired in 28 septembre 2016, and release date of 12.6 is 29 septembre 2016

Yes, 29th is one day later of your support plan which means it will not work until you get active support and update plan

Hola, para usar protools tengo que hacerlo con la version de origen en mi cuenta, la 12.2.1 y usar el yosemite
si quiero usar el nuevo sistema operativo sierra me pide que antes instale la version que le va bien que es la 12.6, asi que lo hice, pero no me corre por lo de la ilock
asi que la unica opcion si tener que comprar licencia es volver a yosemite y la version 12.2 , es asi ?

Then contact Avid Support and say your PT license release limit is one day before 12.6 release date and you wish to be able to use it and need their help. We cannot help you, but once you have case number from support we may be able to escalate your case.
