Shortcut for record enable track

Shorcut for record arm/enable the selected track.
I've been looking for this shortcut in the refrence guide and haven't been able to find it.
I can't imagine that this shortcut doesn't excist.
I mainly want to use it when i work with a singer. Making dubs harmony vokals and that stuff.
Can anybody help me here?

This may be a bit off-base but if your doing vocals try using the pitch variations in order to key the chords in harmony that you're looking for. (If you know chords). It will save alot of time and money.

if you have a group of tracks, say 8 drum tracks, you can alt+click the record button and arm them all with 1 click. this save me some time.
