Ilok2 not recognised on macbook Pro USB 3 ports

I am wondering if this is a common problem..

I am running Pro Tools 11.1.2 on mavericks 10.9.1 on a MacBook Pro 15 Retina 2013 model.

My USB3 ports do not recognise my iLok2, unless is is connected to a USB hub!! Strange? My USB3 ports recognise my drives when directly connected.

Could this be a Mac problem or iLok2?

I have just realised that upon attempting to sync/repair my iLok2 with Licence manager, that my Licence manager is not even recognising my iLok..

Could someone please post the email for iLok support? I was just on site and couldn't find it.

Finally fixed. I uninstalled the iLok manager, reinstalled and problem solved.

Just for the record...no problem with the MacBook Pro Mid 2012 i5 non Retina.
iLok2 on the USB3 ports here without any problems.
Same with MacMini Late 2012 i7. Fortunatley both ok with this.

Never had any issues what so ever on macbook pro retina 8GB or 16GB mid and late 2013. Works with powered hub and without any hub. We have hubs on both macs as there are to few USB3 connections.
