PT uninstall option greyed out - Avid Pro Audio Community

PT uninstall option greyed out

..since i want to make a fresh install and newer version of PT
(here PT12.7.1 HD on Win10 latest) i was looking at the
app settings in Win10 and was not able to uninstall PT because
the Button with "uninstall" is greyed out (inactiv).
Other (Avid-)Apps doesnt show this behavior...
How to make a clean uninstall of PT12.7.1 HD?
