Default 2019.6: ilok don't recognize it

Hi everyone,
from my account i have downloaded PT 2019.6. It don't recognize Ilok and don't work. The issue it's no fixed. I had the same problem with PT 2019.5.
P.S. Avid support don't know what to do...

Have you updated your iLok License Manager to latest version?

Hi.

I think that it will be cured after synchronization in the application menu of iLok

Do you get an error of any kind?

Is the iLok recognized by the computer?

Are the Pace services running?

No errors of any kind. Only dialogs that say they buy the new Pro tools. The comp see the Ilok. I'm working now with PT 2018.12

What does you license say is your "release limit date" for your Pro Tools license?

Click on the pro tools license and then open the details panel in iLock Manager.

From my products and subscriptions account i see that perpetual product expire on 28 dec 2019
