Upgraded, charged account, but no license.
I upgraded my PT 12 educational to the current educational update and support plan. My card was charged but I don't see the license in my account. It does show the order under "Orders", though. There is nothing under "Products Not Yet Downloaded", and my ilok is gen 3 and connected to my account. I can't get support though, since I can't see my system ID with no license/product on my account except old expired ones.
Any ideas to resolve this? |
