Pro Tools session 10 to 9 conversion

I have some sessions that I recorded in Pro Tools 10 that I'm trying to edit in a studio that currently only has Pro Tools 9. I've heard that it's possible to convert the sessions by loading them into 10 or 11 and saving as a .ptf.

Does anyone have some free time tomorrow to be able to help out with this? I would really appreciate the help.
