My projects are gone

Hi!

I am recording an EP and I am just about to finish the two first songs of three. When I wanted to continue it said the the projetcs were Not Available. I don´t know if the storage is full, it says 1 % and have said so all the time which is odd. I tried to open the projects, I can open it but there are no tracks, it´s empty and I get this message "Welcome to Pro Tools First..." like I have started a new project. What can I do? I have put in many hours with different musicians to put these songs together so I am very strongly in need of help. Thank you!

I am logged in. I can see my three projects that I have created, they have the sign Not Available and when I open either one of them there´s just a blank project and all recorded tracks are gone

Try log out and log back in and restart computer before you do that.

You should get this into Avid support ASAP. See https://www.avid.com/learn-and-suppo...-music-support

This is not time to screw around where potential loss of your data is at risk. This is a user forum, other users are unlikely to be able to help you more here. Avid does not provide standard support here, but once you have an case number from Avid support mention it here and Avid folks who hang out here may be able to help look at it or get it escalated.

Hope you get this sorted, and if you do please let folks here know what happened. Personally I would *never* trust valuable content that only existed in Avid Cloud storage. I want content backed up in at least three locations, ideally using different storage/backup technology.
