I don't know if if the Control 24 has the motor option the D-Com/D-Con do so I'm making an assumption
Under Fader tests would be my assumption

hey justus thank u for the suggestion...i actually called them as well but they said they are not authorized to work on avid products and dont take it in.

But it looks like there are some fuses on the PSU board so if your comfortable opening the unit up you can check those
