This error is sometimes solved by using a different USB cable/USB port. If you have another cable around, try it. The other thing that I have seen cause this is a lack of power to the Mbox. Have you tried a powered USB hub?

Im getting this error in 8.03 with my Digi 002............Seems like an error....

2 ways that I know of to get rid of it for sure, (I have a 003)....

a. Use 8.0.1 That fixed it for me..
b. Get ahold of 8.0.3 cs2 So far, I haven't had it crop up yet..
