Deleting tracks out of Cloud in Pro Tools First
How do I free up space in the cloud for my projects? My projects list is empty but it is showing that I am using over 50% of my storage. I tried to contact Avid about this issue and they suggested that I seek assistance here. TIA

Please try signing out and signing back in.
If the same issue occurs, even if there are no projects created yet or even if all projects has been deleted, please create a support case through http://avid.force.com/Support/RegistrationCaseCreation with the question "Bug: Maximum number of projects has been reached" A support case will be created to further investigate and fix the issue on your account. Post the case number here so we could followup. Thank you |
