Default Two Newbie questions re Pro Tools First

Hi,

I have just started with Pro Tools First using my new Focusrite Scarlett.
I have two 'easy?' questions..

Q1
Where's the best place or link to see videos of using Pro Tools First, specifically in Windows?

Q2
I would like to create a Windows 10 Pro User profile specifically for using either Pro Tools First and Ableton (presumably with Admin privilege level access needed).
In other words, a Windows 10 User called 'Pro Tools First', which does not have antivirus and other programs running at the same time as I normally do.
Has anyone done this already, and is there a 'how-to' video or FAQ in existence?

Thanks for any advice!

Skooter
