Hello!

I'm having some issues getting signal from my MOTU AVB interfaces to Pro Tools 12 (and 11), and vice versa.

The signal from the preamp shows up in the MOTU devices, but does not reach Pro Tools. I'm having the same problem playing back audio from Pro Tools, in which case it doesn't reach the MOTU interfaces. Using the same setup in Cubase 8 works perfectly.

The I/O settings are correct (same as in Cubase). I also tried every channel.

The firmware and drivers are the latest version.
Pro Tools and Cubase are both installed on the same user in OSX.

It doesn't look like a hardware problem to me, since everything works in Cubase.

Any thoughts?

System:
Pro Tools 12.2.1
iMac (late 2012) with OSX 10.10.5
MOTU 16A + 24Ai + 24Ao (Thunderbolt & AVB switch)

Hit 'default' in the input and output sections of I/O setup and see if that works.

Tried that, and the correct names show up (same as in the MOTU browser), but still no signal.
