amp farm 3.0 trial

Ok, so I tried the amp farm 3.0 trial (way buggy) and now its expried and has killed my old amp farm that was paid for?? Is there an easy way to get my old amp farm back up?? find and download the older version?? should still be on my ilok..

Why did 3.0 kill my older version.. oh shesh!

You can get Amp Farm 2.4 from the Support->Downloads->Amp Farm section:
www.digidesign.com/download/ampfarm

That version will work with your v2 iLok authorization. We'll look into the problems you mentioned. I wasn''t aware that the v3 demo removed or disabled the v2 plug-in, but just in case you may want to remove both before installing 2.4 again.

Amp Farm 3 is named the same in plugin folder as Amp Farm 2 was, so the Amp Farm 3 installer overwrites the old plugin I think. You will just have to reinstall to get it working again.

the re-install of Amp Farm 2 seems to put it in a different folder to where it was originally causing problems with sessions that used amp farm...I've got trouble opening sessions using Amp Farm since doing this install re-install..

how do I access the catagory folders that hold the plug-in's?
