No response from Avid (ASC code not working)
Hi team,
I am in the process of transferring a license to a new owner and I bought a week ago a single ASC for the support fee to handle the transfer. The ASC website doesn't recognize my code provided by avid and I had to open 2 cases, which I haven't received a response from the team yet. I can understand the consequences and the impact that covid has brought to this process but I haven't received an initial response or update and my code is not working, which makes me wonder if it's going to be impossible to accomplish at the moment and I will have to cancel it. Cases: 04035666 and 04037197 Thanks for your help in advance |

Similar experience. Really strange things going on there. They closed 3 of my cases without even replying. I then got on the phone for over one hour, no response! Seems everyone is sleeping over there.
