Default Reverting to 5.3.2

I'd like to revert to PT 5.3.2 due to latency issues which make monitoring audio unacceptable in 6.1.1. Are there any issues to be aware of when reverting to 5.3.2?

Is the best procedure to do an uninstall first?
Will I need to reinstall any of the purchased plugins? (Say no, please!!)

Thanks
Geoff
