Angry AVID Webpage is always OUTDATED
Pro Tools 8.1 arrived almost a month ago, you go to the webpage and it still shows Pro Tools HD 8.0.4 as the latest update. You have to know that 8.1 is out to be able to search it.

What's the point of the SoftwareUpdater tool included in Pro Tools? Even with a clean install of Pro Tools 8.0 it always says that Pro Tools is up to date.

But for useless articles with a celebrity saying that Pro Tools is the only way to go and similar crap, their webpage is always updated

Try looking in General Announcements and Technical Alerts on the DUC homepage. But I agree; why have 8.0.4 here and everything else in another place. ff
