restore to default settings?

A friend of mine brought over some of his pro tools projects to my home to work on. I am running a 002R with 6.1.2. Now, all of my settings are totally screwed up, and are like HIS were. Is there any ways i can restore the settings back to the way i had them? Or should i just reinstall pro tools? HELP. And by settings i mean like, transport all different, I/O setups, click countin.
