SampleCell II PC spec & access to samplecell CDs

I have the opportunity to pick up a second hand Samplecell II.

I'd like to know the specs of the synthesis features - assignable envelopes, LFOs, filters (low pass, high pass, dynamic, resonant, 2 pole, 4 pole?) etc.

Is it possible to use commercial SampleCell CDs with this card i.e. will the PC read the CDs (95, 98 or NT OS)? Also I have a networked Mac, would this help in getting those samples into the card?

One last thing, the SampleCell II Plus seems to be NT only is this true of the II?
