Default How to Export Quicktime to VHS (inexpensively)

Hey guys,

OK, so for my first time scoring video, I captured VHS to a quicktime movie using the xlr8 interview. I've now scored it in Ptle and created a new quicktime movie.

... so what's the cheapest way to now export the quicktime movie back to tape?

thanx in advance for your kind suggestions.
