Problems using eleven rack with cab

hey I've had my eleven rack for almost a year now and been using it fine as a recording interface but the other day I tried to use it as a amp head as described in the user guide and I can get a decent signal

I've plugged amp output 2 into my orange cab, all cables are fine and followed the instruction and I can hear a very quiet tone but no matter how much I turn the volume up its still barely audible.

any suggestions forum? I've also tried different output settings but its the same issue.
