Bounce to disk running longer than highlighted

Bounce to disk running longer than highlighted

My problem is that on my latest project I've highlighted my run time on my master fader in the edit window and when it bounces to disk it runs an extra 20 seconds before stopping. I haven't had this happen before. Anyone have this happen or is there something stupid I'm forgetting or doing wrong?
