EuControl quits each single time I launch Pro Tools

Hi PT folks.

Here is a weird one...perhaps one of you have "out of jail" card..

This is most bizarre and I have no idea what happened but I can't use any longer EuControl and connected ArtistMix - Artist Control as well as tablet running Avid Control App.
I turned my system on last Thursday and each single time I launch EuControl and Pro Tools, Eu-Control quits on my with this message:

EuControl quits unexpectedly: Click Reopen to open the application again. Click Report to see more detailed information and send a report to Apple.

I reinstalled PT2020.12 and EuControl twice! NOTHING
It almost happened overnight and I really don't; know what on earth is wrong with it.

Occasionally I can launch both PT end Eucon but as soon as I click with mouse on PT icon in the dock EuControl quits.

I am running Pro Tools Ultimate 2020.12 HD OMNI & HD NATIVE on I Mac27 Retina 5k 2017 4.2 Quad Core I7 64Gb RAM.
