Note Stack, Pitch Control, and Velocity Control not showing up in Pro Tools

EON-Arp, Riffer 3, and Groove Shaper all show up, but the Avid based plugins do not.

CAVEAT ::: I'm on Mojave (10.14.6)

I assume this might be part of the issue, but it's surprising that the included third party midi effects are available and seem to be working and so do my own third party plugins, like Cthulu and Flux Mini 2.

Avid's included plugins, however, are not.

Curious to see if this is an OS issue and I'll simply be missing out on these wonderful new tools because of it, or if it's something more nebulous that other users are running into as well.

I took a look under the hood at the Avid based tools -- their minimum system requirement seems to be 10.15 so for the time being I'm out of luck. I tried to edit the Info.plist file of VelocityControl to see if it would magically pop up but no dice.

So mystery solved I guess!
