PT Stereo Instrument Track plays only hard left

Hello,
I am running BFD2 as a plug-in within Pt 7.4. BFD runs fine for a few days
through a stereo instrument track, and then unexpectedly outputs only
through the left channel. The right channel is gone with no panning ability.
Any suggestions would be most appreciated!
