So after several months of fighting this bug, we're getting closer to at least knowing what causes the -9105 error with Console 1.
It isn't liking UAD plugins. So as long as I don't use them inside of Console 1, it is ok. Can use them on other inserts, just not inside Console 1. I got to the point where I couldn't open any session that had Console 1 in it, so I had given up, but we know this much now. I still really dig everything else about it. Thankful I can still use it. jd
