Default Structure help - Can you duplicate this error?

I've been in touch with AIR regarding a strange error I keep getting with Structure 2.0 (Win 10 64bit), PT 2018.7 (thought the error showed up with earlier versions of PT.

The error is getting a message saying I don't have access to a set of samples whenever I import them into a patch after previously editing them in Structure and setting loop points.

See if you can duplicate this error, as I'd like to report this in more detail to my contact at AIR.

Try this:

1. Open an empty patch
2. Import a set of samples for whatever sound you wish
3. Go to the edit screen and map the samples how you wish
4. Now, use the wave editor and set loop points on each sample.
5. Save the patch. The samples should go into a sample folder in whatever folder you are saving your patch in.
Now
6. Go back to the patch and open the edit screen.
7. Use the Structure browser and find the samples you just edited and set the loop points on
8. Import those edited samples as a second part layer to the patch.
9. Verify that all the sample loop points are preserved...they should be there.
10. Now try to re-save the patch (same name or different one, wont matter)

Do you get an error message saying you aren't authorized to access the samples (or something similar)?

If you do, please let me know, as I want to pass this on to AIR.

Thank you.

Here's a screen shot of the error message when I try to do what I outlined above:
